Le bouton d’envoi reste désactivé tant que la demande n’est pas conforme. Ce n’est pas un rappel après coup : c’est vérifié pendant que vous écrivez, avant que quoi que ce soit parte vers le consultant.The send button stays disabled until the referral is conformant. It is not a reminder after the fact: it is checked while you write, before anything leaves for the consultant.

C’est le seul mécanisme du produit qui ne demande rien au destinataire. Il fonctionne parce qu’il ne dépend jamais de sa volonté d’adopter quoi que ce soit.It is the one mechanism in the product that asks nothing of the recipient. It works because it never depends on them adopting anything.

Un code de retour court est imprimé sur la page couverture, lisible par une personne comme par une machine.A short return code is printed on the cover sheet, plainly readable by a person or a machine.

Il télécopie son rapport avec la même page couverture. Aucun compte, aucun mot de passe, rien à apprendre.They fax their report back with the same cover sheet. No account, no password, nothing to learn.

Le code range le rapport au bon dossier patient à son arrivée, même si l’expéditeur ne sera jamais notre client.The code files the report into the right patient chart on arrival, even when the sender will never be our customer.

Un document clinique entrant n’est pas un événement facturable, et cela ne changera pas.Receiving and triaging a referral never costs anything, on any plan. An inbound clinical document is not a billing event, and that will not change.
